Kloud Realty, Inc. (“Kloud Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through kloudrealty.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When an agent signs in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier from Google in order to create and authenticate your Kloud Realty agent account.
• CRM data.If you are a Kloud Realty agent, information you enter into our internal CRM tools — such as contact records, deal notes, and tasks — is stored to operate that feature for your use.
• Usage data. We automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, generally through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
• Inquiries. If you contact an agent or submit a form through the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and message.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and secure agent accounts, including authenticating sign-in through Google.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our internal CRM tools.
• Respond to inquiries and connect prospective buyers, sellers, and renters with agents.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Site’s content and performance.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Kloud Realty uses Google Sign-In as the sole method of authenticating agent accounts. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile identifier with us in accordance with your Google account settings and Google’s own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can review or revoke Kloud Realty’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting and database services, under obligations to protect that information.
• Kloud Realty agents and administrators, where necessary to respond to your inquiry or manage a transaction.
• Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Kloud Realty offers an optional SMS text-messaging program for account-related, transactional notifications — for example, rent-due reminders, payment confirmations, and failed-payment notices. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

• Consent. You are enrolled only if you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box in your account settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any Kloud Realty product or service.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity (for example, when rent is due or a payment fails).
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. You may also manage SMS preferences in your account settings or contact us at privacy@kloudrealty.com.
• No sharing of mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with service providers (subprocessors, such as our SMS delivery vendor) strictly as needed to operate the messaging program on our behalf, and only as described in this Policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encrypted authentication cookies and access controls that restrict CRM data to the agents who own it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and CRM information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@kloudrealty.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also control cookies through your browser settings as described in our Cookie Policy.

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
