Equal Housing Opportunity
Kloud Realty, Inc. is committed to compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. We support equal housing opportunity for all people, and we affirmatively further fair housing in the communities we serve throughout Florida and Texas.
Protected Classes
The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, or financing of housing based on:
- Race or color
- Religion
- Sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity
- National origin
- Familial status (including families with children under 18 and pregnant individuals)
- Disability
Many states and localities, including areas we serve, prohibit discrimination based on additional characteristics. Kloud Realty agents are expected to comply with the broadest applicable protections in every market in which they operate.
Our Commitment
Kloud Realty agents will not, on the basis of any protected characteristic: refuse to sell, rent, or negotiate for housing; set different terms, conditions, or privileges for sale or rental; provide different housing services or facilities; falsely represent that housing is unavailable; or engage in blockbusting, steering, or discriminatory advertising.
We provide fair housing training resources to our agents and review our marketing materials and website content for compliance with fair housing principles.
Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications
Kloud Realty supports the rights of individuals with disabilities to request reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, or practices, and reasonable modifications to a dwelling, where necessary to afford equal opportunity to use and enjoy housing.
