1. Our Policy
Kloud Realty, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of kloudrealty.com (the “Site”) to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Filing a Notice of Infringement
If you believe that content appearing on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent, below, that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail that we can locate it on the Site (for example, a URL).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Site, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, a jurisdiction in which Kloud Realty may be found).
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Kloud Realty maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
